We really enjoy Karenís classes. She runs friendly sessions which change weekly and cater for all abilities. Karen introduces us to new postures which gently encourage us to extend our own performances.


The classes are a lovely way of combining mental relaxation with therapeutic physical stretches regardless of previous experience and physical ability.

I have been attending Karenís classes for the last 2 Ĺ years.

Yoga has had an amazing effect on my life, not only am I more flexible but it helps calm my mind and itís TIME FOR ME!


We warm up with gentle twists and stretches and twists that prepare our body and mind for yoga. Once warmed up we do some more challenging postures. Karen shows us different ways to achieve the positions so we are able to benefit from it, whatever our level of flexibility.


We then wind down with more calming postures, we all enjoy it as it de-stresses us and all our worries just melt away.

ďDoing pregnancy yoga was very relaxing and enjoyable. The best thing about it is that I always sleep very well the day I do the yoga as sleeping can get progressively difficult in later stage of the pregnancy. Practicing yoga with Karen also give me some ideas of movements and breathing techniques I could practice during the early stage of labour which I found very useful. I would fully recommend it, as both mummy and baby felt very pleased!"

I really enjoy the weekly postnatal yoga classes. It's a nice relaxed and calm atmosphere and you don't need to be an expert to attend. In fact I'm a beginner and have found Karen to be warm and friendly and I haven't felt out of my depth. The best bit is that my baby participates too we sing a few nursery rhymes and he's able to play. It's helped my body to recover well after the birth and I'd recommend it to any new mother.
